Vibrators

Vibrators have their given function when it comes to material handling. Many materials require vibration because they are difficult to deflate, bridge-forming, hygroscopic, etc. With the help of a vibrator on a silo or an emptying bowl, the material is pushed in the right direction and there is no major material waste in the container.

IBC also uses vibrators on various types of vibrator tables. To get more stable, more compact big bags, the sack is vibrated when it stands on the vibrator table.

IBC uses two types of vibrators — electric and pneumatic.
