Bagmaster JR III
Bagmaster is the common name for IBC's filling system.
Large bag filler Bagmaster JR III (Junior) is a large bag filler with clamp cone for dust-free and closed filling process. Bagmaster systems are designed for a good and ergonomically correct working environment.
Large bag filler Bagmaster JR III is a simple big bag filler for center filled 2- and 4-loop bags. The ingenious design of the large bag filler eliminates the need for an operator platform. The stand acts as a forklift stand and docks the big bag inlet against the fill cone for the final filling process. Here the bag filler is equipped with a vibrator table for optimal compaction of the contents of the sack. Theoretical capacity is about 15-20 bags/hour.
