Bagmaster JR II
Bagmaster is the common name for IBC's filling system. Large bag filler Bagmaster JR II (Junior) is a large bag filler with clamp cone for dust-free and closed filling process. Bagmaster systems are designed for a good and ergonomically correct working environment.
The large bag filler is equipped with bag suspension calipers that move between three stop positions. Rigging mode, filling mode and unhooking mode where the bag straps hook off automatically.
The operator platform of the machine provides good ergonomics for the operator. The bag filler provides a completely closed filling process and it can be fed directly from the process or from silo/wave pocket. The feeding can be done by screw, vibration feeder, cell feeder or free fall via dosing damper. Theoretical capacity is about 20-30 bags/hour.
