Bagboy Automatic
IBC's Bagboy Automatic Big Bag Unloader picks up big bags, empties and handles empty bags completely without manual intervention. The truck driver puts the sack off on a conveyor belt and a yoke picks up the sack and cuts it up above a funnel. The yoke then goes to a third position where the empty sac is dropped into a container or alternatively a compactor. The cutting of the sack is adapted to the sack and material, such as blade, heating knives or ordinary emptying knives.
Bagboy Automatic can also be adapted to automatic emptying of bales.
