Bagmaster JR I
Bagmaster is the common name for IBC's filling system. JR (Junior) is a large bag filler with clamp cone for dust-free and closed filling process. Bagmaster systems are designed for a good and ergonomically correct working environment. Large bag filler Bagmaster JR I has an ergonomic system where the hooks are conveniently placed to the operator for bag rigging. Operator platform is customized for each specific machine for suitable working height. An important advantage is the closed filling system of the machine, which provides hygienic and environmental benefits.
The large bag filler can be easily integrated into existing systems thanks to its modular design. This contributes to total freedom to custom-fit the installation in existing premises. Theoretical capacity is about 20-30 bags/hour. Weighing can be done either through weighing containers or weighing the sack. The bag filler can be equipped with functions such as welding inlet stose, stacking two bags on top of each other, bag marking etc.
